First of all go to Netflix  then click on the more option. Go to account and select any browser. When it opens you just have to tap on your account and after that you will get this kind of interface. Go to playback settings and click on the change there you can see data usage per screen. You can select video quality according to your data, you can select low, medium and high.

You can select anyone and then your video quality will change. To change the quality first select then click on save. After that you can easily change video quality on Netflix.
