As I have said how you can change Facebook login number to Email to do that you will have to do some settings and for that you will have to add email on your Facebook. So let's see how we can add email on Facebook so for that simply click on menu bar.

Scroll down and go to settings then click on "personal information"

Go to edit then add your email address after that click on "add email"

Now click on continue and then you will have to enter the code

enter the code then click on continue and your email will be added on Facebook

So you have to do this only and you should have a mobile number

If you don't have mobile number then you will not get the confirmation code

As I don't have my number there so I will not get the code

If you have mobile number then you will get a code enter it and click on continue

So in this way you can do and if you want to login through email address

First of all add your email and next time you can log in through email address

You can remove your number completely and no one can login through phone number

So you have to login with email address the other time

So this is the process if you want to change login into email then  you will have to add email

After that only you can login through email
