In this post I will show how you can fix OTP not receiving problem in Airtel sim. I will show you in a step by step process. So read the post till the end.

Basically because of jumbled up in two settings you are getting the problem.. And I will show you one major setting so read the post till the end. 

First of all go to the settings and open app management or installed apps basically go to application and select "all apps or system application". Now search "message" and click on it and simply go to permission and check that "message" should be enabled. If it is enabled then disable it and now turned it  "on" again and allow all the permissions.

After that go to mobile message and click on the top right corner settings. Go to Anti- Harassment or it will be shown as blocked so go there and disable block all the messages from unknowns. If you keep it "on" then you will not get OTP because mostly OTP comes from an Unknown number. So, what you have to do is to keep it as "off".

After that restart your phone once and then try again you will get an OTP. So, by doing this two settings your problem should be fixed. And if you are using any third party application then it may be because of that app you are not getting OTP in your sim card.

If you are creating an account like Facebook or WhatsApp and you are not getting an OTP then do the same as I have shown just go to "app management or Installed apps". Then go to that application where you are not getting an OTP.

Suppose if you are creating WhatsApp then you have to click on it and go to permission and allow all the SMS. Incase if you are using an application and still your not getting OTP then you have to do the setting I have given. So, this was the three solutions which will help you to solve your problem. But even after doing everything still you are getting problem.

It may be because your message service has been disabled by the company so that's why you are not getting an OTP. So, you can call the customer care in their toll free number and can ask them about the problem you are getting.

So, I have shown  all the solutions and it will definitely fix your problem.
