First of all open your Facebook application then click on the "menu bar". Scroll down go to settings and privacy then click on setting. Scroll down and on notifications you will have to click on email. Right after you click on email you will get three option. My email set up is on all notifications, except the ones you unsubscribe from. When you click the second one then you will get only important notification and when you select the third option you will get notification about your account, security and privacy.

When you select the third one you should not be scared of anything now. In this way  you can block Facebook notification from email ID.
