So, to change your password go to your profile and click on "menu bar". Go to settings click on security option and go to password. You have forgot your password so click on reset it using Facebook. Now wait for a moment and you can change through your Facebook. You will see a Facebook page now fill your phone number, password and log in. After clicking on log in let's see what we will get.

As you can see that your Facebook has been recognized. It is taking a while but there is no way we can do it fast so you will have to wait. Now It's showing continue so simply click on it and let's see. You will get an option to set your new password.  Enter your new password ,re enter again and click on "tick". After clicking on tick your password will be reset. So, if you forget your password you can change in this way with the help of Facebook.

Add your Facebook and through your Facebook only you can change your password. So, I have shown you how you can change your Instagram password easily.
