How to Download & Install Audacity

Audacity is an extremely popular software for PC, Mac or Linux and it's easy for you to get started if you a beginner in editing audio. In this blog post I will show you How to download Audacity on your Computer.

Audacity is a free and open-source digital audio editor and recording application software, available for Windows, macOS/OS X and Unix-like operating systems. Download and Install Audacity: 

Step 1:  Click Here and you will be redirect to a page showing below. Click download and it will get you to another page where you have to sign up from your Google account to download, Once you sign up, Audacity will start downloading. 

Step 2: Now go to your download folder and double click the Audacity Setup file. Once you double click the setup file, you have to select your language. Select your language and click "OK" 

Step 3: Click on Next but make sure you close all other application before clicking "Next" it is recommended but not necessary.

Step 4: This is the terms and condition page of Audacity, Simply Click "Next"

Step 5: Let your location be C Drive and Click "Next"

Step 6: Mark the "Create a desktop shortcut" and click "Next" so after installing the icon will appear on desktop. 

Step 7: Click on "Install" and it will start installing on your computer.

Step 8: Click "Next" 

Step 9: Click "Finish" Audacity is ready on your computer.
